What NPWT is used for
NPWT is used for larger, deeper or slow-healing wounds — including some surgical, pressure and diabetic wounds — by drawing out fluid, reducing swelling and encouraging tissue formation. NPWT is applied and monitored under clinical supervision; speak with your wound care team about suitability.
